Is СallsApp UA a VAT payer?
Yes, we are a general taxpayer.
How do you pay for services if you are abroad?
We only accept non-cash payments.
You can pay via the LiqPay system or to an IBAN account. Payments are accepted in UAH from residents, USD and EUR from non-residents.
What happens if you pay your bill late?
Every month, the system generates an invoice in advance and notifies you of the payment. If the services are not paid on time, the system automatically suspends their operation.
Top up your balance
To top up your balance, go to your personal account, where you should click the Make a payment button at the top, specify the amount you want to top up your balance and confirm this transaction. You can also top up your balance according to the agreement, using the details, indicating your personal account in the purpose of payment.

How do I update the CallsApp?
To update the CallsApp app, go to Google Play or the App Store, search for CallsApp and click Update. Another option is to log out of your account, uninstall the application, download it again, and log in.
Authorisation in the CallsApp application
1. Download the CallsApp UA application.
Do not register on your own - contact technical support and you will be sent a link to authorise the user
2. Follow the link or scan the QR code to log in.
Each user has their own unique extension number and a unique authorisation link
How do I increase/decrease the minute package for calls?
Please contact your sales manager or CallsApp technical support. You cannot change the package yourself, but we will quickly help you upgrade your minutes package to suit your needs.
Connecting a new establishment/office/outlet of an existing client
To connect a new establishment, office or outlet, you need to create a ticket with detailed information, the number of new managers and their names, phone numbers and logic of incoming and outgoing calls, and other data. A manager will contact you to discuss the connection.
Incorrect display of call statistics
If the analytics dashboard displays call statistics incorrectly, check whether the page is currently using automatic translation, and if so, disable the translator. If the problem persists, create a ticket, describe the details and attach a screenshot.
Uninstalling services
If you want to remove services, please contact technical support or create a new ticket and specify which services you want to remove.
